What We Look For In Our Candidates

Careers at Shyamsunder Transport Co.

Fleet Supervisor (Durgapur / Bankura):

Responsibilities:
1> Oversee truck schedules, loading/unloading
2> Coordinate between clients and drivers
3> Manage breakdowns, GPS tracking, and daily reporting
Requirements:
1> Minimum 2 years of fleet/logistics experience
2> Basic Excel and GPS software knowledge

Truck Drivers (Multiple Locations):

Responsibilities:
1> Operate heavy trucks for cement, fly ash, and coal transport
2> Follow safety and route protocols
Requirements:
1> Valid commercial driving license
2> Minimum 3 years’ experience in heavy transport
3> Familiarity with Eastern India routes preferred

Logistics Coordinator (Back Office – Durgapur HQ):

Responsibilities:
1> Maintain dispatch records, client communications, and billing updates
2> Assist with GPS tracking and route optimization
Requirements:
1> Graduate in any stream
2> Computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel mandatory)
3> Good communication in Hindi and Bengali
